Commercial guarantee of durability

Universal Electronics B.V. (Colosseum 2, 7521 PT Enschede, the Netherlands) offers, at no additional cost to the consumer, a commercial guarantee of durability covering the entire product identified in the table below, for the duration stated per model, calculated from the date of purchase. Universal Electronics B.V. commits that the product will retain its required functions and performance under normal consumer use throughout that period. If the product fails to retain its required functions or performance during the guarantee period, Universal Electronics B.V. will, at its discretion and free of charge to provide a replacement product of the same model or, where that model is no longer available, an equivalent or upgraded replacement product with substantially similar or improved functionality.

 

How to make a claim

To submit a claim under this commercial guarantee, please accomplish the form hereunder and provide proof of purchase together with a description of the lack of the required functions or performance you have observed.

 

Your statutory rights

Consumers are entitled by law to remedies from the seller free of charge in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods. This commercial guarantee does not affect those statutory rights.

 

Guarantee terms

This commercial guarantee of durability applies to the entire product identified in the table below, for the duration stated per model, when used under normal consumer conditions. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, external causes, or normal wear and tear. Replacement products may be new or of a similar model and will assume the remaining guarantee period of the original product.
